Thanks to the generosity of our neighbors at Home Slice Pizza, the PTA is able to offer $25 Home Slice gift cards as a thank you to the first 20 families that complete all the steps to join SchoolPool! 

Ridgetop's SchoolPool Registration Process:

1. Complete Ridgetop's SchoolPool Interest Form

2. Login/Register on Austin ISD's new volunteer management platform, Voly

3. Complete the Background Check Consent form on your Voly dashboard

4. Receive an email invitation from Checkr to complete a Motor Vehicle Record screening

5. Email/Forward your Voly background check result (a screenshot is OK if you do not receive an email) to Go Together's Customer Success Lead, Markhel Jessup <mjessup@gotogether.today>; you do not need to send your Checkr screening results

6. Wait for your results to be verified by Ridgetop Elementary staff

7. If approved: receive a welcome email with instructions for getting started on CarpooltoSchool powered by Go Together

8. Login and create your profile

9. Get pizza! (If you're one of the first 20 to complete step 8!)

If you have already signed up on Voly to volunteer at other Ridgetop events, you don't need to do it again, you'll just need to send a screenshot of your approved result to Markhel Jessup to verify that this step is completed.
